Owners - Broker of Record & Sales RepresentativeDave and Noel have been active in real estate since 1989 and are the proud owners of RE/MAX Jazz. Multi-award winning Realtors, they earned some of the highest distinctions for sales achievements within the RE/MAX organization before expanding into broker ownership in 2009. Scott White
Broker / General ManagerGeneral Manager Scott White brings an impressive resume to his position at the helm of RE/MAX JAZZ. A formal education earned him a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economic Studies and a diploma in Accounting; he then went on to receive his real estate license followed by his broker's designation. During this time, Scott held various management positions over the course of a successful 10 year career at a large and well respected multi-office real estate firm. Joining RE/MAX JAZZ as a sales broker in 2014, Scott ascended to his current position in 2017 and has been leading RE/MAX JAZZ onto new heights and accomplishments under his astute direction. As the Durham Region market leader for over 11 years, RE/MAX JAZZ required a captain of extraordinary experience, knowledge, insight and wisdom, all of which Scott fulfills seemingly effortlessly. Injecting humour, camaraderie and purpose into the daily operations and management of this thriving organization, Scott maintains control and stewardship while being actively involved at the government level of the housing industry, holding key board positions at the Durham Region Association of REALTORS (DRAR) on committees such as Professional Standards, Arbitration, Education and Charity and has served as a Director At Large since 2018. Scott has also earned his SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) accreditations.
Mary Noakes
Career DevelopmentMary Noakes is widely regarded as one of the most highly respected names in the Durham Region real estate community. Licensed since 1986, Mary is proud of her sterling reputation as a leader in the local housing market. A name that has become synonymous with her personal commitment to raising the bar for professionalism and integrity in the industry, Mary has devoted her boundless energy and powerful resources to training and educating new agents, holding the impressive position of Lead Trainer and Manager at RE/MAX Jazz since 2011. Her wisdom, warmth and humour combine effortlessly with the sophisticated and comprehensive content of the RE/MAX education programs. Cheryl Dussault
Front Desk AdministratorCheryl has been working at RE/MAX Jazz since 2017 and has been working in Real Estate since 2013. As the other half of our Drew Street Front Desk Administrator duo, Cheryl helps to answer all incoming calls and emails, loads new listings and processes deals, enters showing requests and helps all customers and agents with any inquiries or concerns. Her favourite part of working at RE/MAX Jazz is being able to help people. Cheryl warmly welcomes everyone who enters our office and always wears a smile.
Corrina Gay
Front Desk AdministratorCorrina has been with RE/MAX Jazz as a Front Desk Administrator at our King Street office since 2014. With a primary role as our appointment desk, she connects with sellers and agents to make sure our agents and their clients have an organized and accurate showing schedule for their homes. Corrina also works diligently in proofing listing information to ensure accuracy in all listing paperwork, whether from our agents or other team members. When asked her favourite part of working with RE/MAX Jazz, Corrina answered, "It is the people, getting to be in touch with all of the amazing sellers, clients and staff whose communications come through our office every day."
Breanna Twaddle
Front Desk Supervisor/New Agent CoordinatorBreanna started with RE/MAX Jazz in 2014 as a part-time Front Desk Administrator and moved into the full time position in 2015. She is currently the Front Desk Supervisor and New Agent Coordinator for RE/MAX Jazz. Breanna works alongside members of the management team and staff to assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As well, she meets with newly licensed and seasoned agents who are joining the Jazz team to facilitate the sign-up process. Breanna loves the personal and professional development that has come from her time at RE/MAX Jazz. When asked about her time at Jazz, she said, "Dave and Noel have created a business that truly feels like a family. When you join the Jazz team, you become part of that family. The close-knit relationships of the management, staff and agents translate so perfectly into attention and care that all of our clients receive."
Nicole Luxton
Supervisor/Accounting DepartmentNicole has been working in the Real Estate industry since High School. She started off working part-time evenings and weekends at the front desk, which then turned to full-time once she finished school. About 15 years ago she took over the Accounting Department and hasn't looked back! Since then, she has also taken on the role of Staff Supervisor, and works closely with Dave Coppins, ensuring that the brokerage runs efficiently and productively. Nicole has been part of Jazz since its inception back in 2009 and can't imagine ever being anywhere else. Nicole says, "Working for Dave & Noel doesn't feel like work at all, it's like going to a second home where you get to see your family every day."
Lee-Anne Mungham
Deals AdministratorLee-Anne has been in real estate since 1995, becoming a Deals Administrator in 2007. She has been with RE/MAX Jazz since the very start and is a key member of the team. As a Deals Administrator, her role is to ensure that all paperwork and property information are communicated accurately from our agents to lawyers and all other appropriate parties. Lee-Anne works to ensure that our clients, partners, and agents all receive the best and most professional service possible. Her favourite part of being at RE/MAX Jazz is the honour she feels to work with such good, honest, and respectful team members.
